Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 21, 2009 8:20 pm Its been about 4 months and my buyilder (large volume builder in Syd) has only finished off the upper roof and some cladding work. Work is like 1-2 days/week max. I am worried. I feel like giving the SS an earful but also realise that I can put him offside. But what he did mention to me when I called his CM about some other issue was that he prefers to be the contact point for all issues regarding the house. How do you suggest that I approach him or the buidler so thaey start speeding up? Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget. The benefit is you can tender the project out… 9 20417 Hi, did you get any money from insurance? if you did, does it match what you've already paid the builders? 3 9565 |
