Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 21, 2009 12:35 pm Hi All, Based on the different stages that are available in the building process, all of them are pretty straightforward except for one stage - "Fixing stage". To elaborate further.... (1) Base stage: Concrete has been poured and they are ready to put in the frame (2) Frame stage: All timber framing is up, along with roof. (3) Lockup: Brickwall built, windows and external doors put it - basically water and thief proof (4) Fixing stage - who knows..... Any definitions out there? Suburbia is where the developer bulldozes out the trees, then names the streets after them. Things nearly done. Thanks for much mate. I see that you do cabinets before flooring. For timber flooring, for most parts it's fine because it's got base plates, and for door jabs you can… 7 11551 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14078 I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says.
