Well we just got the pre-approval thru yeehhaa, Picked our block and put a offer in on a nice BIG block in burekup. We a going to build with SPH The Achiever 203 any one else out there building the the same?? Done some changes too the plans its getting pretty exciting.
I hear some of yous got extras put they said no to us with extras, we were told to ask they told us because of the value for money for the home is good they couldnt add extras, oh well.
I'll keep you posted with the progress. anyone else building in the south west region ?

I haven't heard of that before - not being able to add extras. Usually they want you to add heaps because then the price goes up! What kind of extras did you want?
I wrote it wrong, I meant thrown in extras, My friend got ducted aircon thrown in price!!
Oh! That makes more sense! I only got an unflumed air vent thrown in

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.
