Cost was $5647 for a 5000l slimline. Was to be 75mm from external wall. Sounds like you will having a chat to your ss to find out why no slab?? Good luck. Re: Building coral Hamilton 252 - roof trusses are finished!!! 67Oct 29, 2009 7:03 pm Took a quick drive by today and yesterday I had a slab, today I have a frame and roof trusses completed I can't believe how quick they have done it. I think my gutters and fascias are going on beginning of next week and the roof!! I have a meeting with electrician and plumber on Wednesday and the brickies are coming the following week I can't wait to go and have a look at the house this weekend now the frame is up. Start date 13/08/09 Re: Building coral Hamilton 252 - roof tiles done tomorrow! 70Nov 02, 2009 7:58 pm Went to site today and they were finishing the fascias etc and they had delivered roof tiles which are going on tomorrow Had meeting with electrician and they are doing wiring Wednesday and plumber is on site Wednesday. I can't believe how quick it is being done now and I love walking round it as I can start to see where everything is now. I am also really pleased I choose the 9ft ceilings now. Starting gyorick an Brickies end of this week and been told brickies only take a couple of days. It feels a bit more like a house now and I am so happy with my fascia and roof tiles. Will take some more pics later this week as my camera battery flat from taking all the holiday pics!! Bank also just gave me the extra I wanted for the pool, so can now get it put in straight away - yey. Means I won't have to leave the back yard as dirt too long waiting for the pool to be installed. It is the Pavillion Fadcade I put in. I have ordered the shutters as I thought if I didn't do them straight away I wouldn't get round to doing them. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
