Hi,
I had been looking for builders since early this year when I was in a rush to settle my land, and luckily I had my land settled already back in April this year and it's all titled.
After a lot of visits to see different builders (BIG to small), last week I had finally came up with UrbanEdge, Boutique Homes and Nava; and yesterday I had finally made up my mind to go with UrbanEdge and put down a deposit. I guess if I didn't put down a deposit, I would be in the same situation 3 years later (still searching for the "right" builder who never exists) ~
My budget is around $240K, so I decide to choose building a house with the "Exceed 49 Options" so that I can afford to build a bigger house, and the floor plans I am choosing is the Rouge 001 http://www.urbanedgehomes.com.au/rouge_floorplans.aspx (choose 001) though I really love the Ensuite in Larne 004 http://www.urbanedgehomes.com.au/larne_floorplans.aspx.
I have put down only the initial deposit, so I could change floor plans anytime I want ~ For those who has built with UrbanEdge beofore, is there any MAJOR advantage of the "As Displayed" option?
Cheers
Wallace
