Have either of you got floorplans to post ? ![]() Re: At Last we are starting 44Dec 14, 2008 10:10 am well we have been in here over 6 months now and all the waiting seems worth it now to have a new house we have finished painting it and have carpets in all rooms now we have installed a a/c we are about to start the titling , we have just finish having a six car garage installed and there is still the outside to go the list goes on and on there are all the extras new furniture because the old stuff was not right etc or after almost 3 years in storage was broken. we have found a few problems but to late now nothing you cannot live with the stove unlevel kitchen does not line up straight with the wall , they pull in sliver down lights and sliver bathroom fittings we asked for white and a couple of the walls are out of level, but all to late now we can live, Re: At Last we are starting 45Jan 25, 2009 2:37 pm back of house ,this shows the laundry were the small sliding door are and toilet,bathroom next.the place where the hot water system is that is the home thearte room, the big sliding door are rumpus/family room,the window next to that is the meals are and then followed by the formal dinning room the last window is the ensuite.Some where past the clothes line is where the pool is going, as you can see we have done no landscapind yet

we still have carpet to go in main bedroom and lounge/formal dinning room tiles in family/meals/rumpus/kitchen area kitchen cupboard for the wall and then of course there is the outside to do some retainning walls to there will also be some bobcat work eg driveway to do a entertainment with bbq the pool which will be the next thing starting very soon some tuff and maybe some more gardens too so to put one it without charging so a arm and leg for traveling on top of the quote for $28,000 and that was cheapest a small one only 5 by 3.8 i think that want a extra 5,000 for travelling.the above ground pool is 9.4 by 4.6 and 1.8 deep it will dug in one end we are going with poolworld and would like any landscaping ideas as I have alway had a inground pool, I know they have there bad points verdah concreted and our pool area done for a awning one day, and we have also finished titling the family room, Have paid deposit for carpet in lounge/dinning master bedroom once there done that it more, so we walk out very unhappy but on the saturday we went to a gargae sale where guess what there was one for sale the ladies husband had lost his job all brand new in boxes etc and only 3 months ago they had brought it we brought it for $2,800 so we were very happy only now we have to find someone to buy it in.We had just finished all the floor titles in the house and have order the kitchen wall cupboards the cost was not to bad $1650 including the rangehood including a mircowave cupboard there about 8 cupboards I think.So the inside is close to being finished just the carpet in the concrete only done about a month ago now.slowly we are getting it done, we are still waiting for our wall cupboards, the pool and landscaping to be done and we have to have a retaining wall too,luckily we will not be doing to much landscaping as we are on tank water only so we donot have water to waste, the 5 acre block next to us has been sold soon we hope they are nice and build a nice
