Once finalised with your builder,the design then needs to be submitted to Ponds Design Review Panel before you can submit to council. It will be on your contract if you have it. It was only a few $100 from memory. Not sure cause my builder paid for it. You can arrange a free pre submission meeting with council if you need to but pretty much the standards that PDRP check are higher than those of council. So if you pass PDRP you should have no probs with council.
