A M class site costs are usually around $5000 - $7000. I would get another builder to give you a quote for site costs and compare the difference. Where are you building?? EDIT: Just looked up the builder and see they are in Perth. Maybe site costs are much different to ours in VIC. Moved in December 2010 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this.
