I do understand that part and a lot of the ticked column is already specified on the plans. But the specs part is presumably the written part because not everything can be shown on a plan? eg. 5 star taps and "will not have a ducted cooling system". Anyway, i have just spent the last few hours typing up a document which says "the applicant will not...." or "the applicant will....." whatever. Hopefully, that doc, plus the plans, will get us over the line! L The Summary of Basix Commitments is where all the info about star ratings, air con etc is addressed. It lists all commitments that are required to get your certificate over the line. Strange that they would accept a word document that is not stamped as approved! JL Thanks for your reply!
