I also had a delay of 3 weeks to wait for the brickies, and nothing else could happen on site at this time (for obvious reasons!). So really, it would have been 11 weeks. I didn't have any rain delays in that time either. Interested to hear what others have had! EDIT: Probably also should add I'm in an established area, not on a new estate.
