It does make it hard to keep up with everybody's build. Another day of timber and they have finished the main frame - just need to brace then they can start the gutters/fascia and downpipes. Builder: celebration homes,WA Slab down:12-Aug-09 Plate High:21-Sep-09 roof complete : 22-Oct-09 lockup: 19-Nov-09 PCI : 16-Dec-09 Key handover : 22-Dec-09 Re: Ultimate Homes in Perth - Electrical chasing started 118Oct 07, 2009 10:10 am We got the builder to include everything as we did not want to stuff around later getting things taken out and replaced etc etc So we had the builder add Extra lights; changed all lights to R80 downlights, added low voltage lights over bathroom basins and kitchen bench, we will supply oyster lights for the builder to install in the kitchen/family/meals, we will also supply external lights for the builder to install, added motion sensor to front, added two/three/four way light switches Added extra points including external ones. Added data cabling. Also moved the gas bayonet to the alfresco as we will have ducted reverse cycle air con. I think I posted my electrical plan if you wanted to look at it. Re: Ultimate Homes in Perth - Electrical wiring started. 120Oct 08, 2009 12:18 pm Looking good Dragon , We are at the same stage with our bottom floor, electrical is being run in, today in fact.....definately check your electrical, we found 4 items missing ....and our laundry lights not placed in our slab for upstairs which we paid extra for.......so yes always worth checking you are getting what you paid for. I work with owner, he/she is my man on the ground and I instruct them when to visit the site and take photos and I have other tools in the bag. 4 15284 I am in the same situation, would you be able to give some insights in to this?
