Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 03, 2009 9:34 am My husband & I have 14 acres south of Perth and we are currently looking at home designs. We have found a couple we like through Plunkett but the costs are unbelieveable. Has anyone gone to an architect or draftsman and come up with a design together? I was thinking of trying this and then going to a local builder to build the house.
