Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 27, 2009 1:45 pm Hi, Me and the bf might be building a Providence with wisdom. The one thing I am really fussy about is the flooring. Does anyone know what the default tiles looks like with the providence (photos would be fantastic)? Most things can be upgraded later but once tiles are down - they are down baby I dont want to have tacky 70s floor tiling and I dont want to pay a bomb as well. Also has anyone switched the carpet for timber / laminiate flooring? How much is that? Thanks heaps. Re: Default Inclusions for Wisdom Providence 2Jul 27, 2009 2:00 pm Go to Di Lorenzo at Bella Vista. Everything with a yellow dot sticker is standard. If you want to upgrade, you get the builder's allowance credit of $25m/2. Just watch for the additional labour charges for bigger/smaller tiles. There is a lot to choose from too. I have choosen grey ones. I upgraded the ones for the wet areas because the standards ones were a bit lame. Thanks. There are plenty of builders around my suburb. I'll make sure to do some door-to-door knocking, or note their building details on the temp fence. 4 4737 Hi, guys!
