They hadnt even laid my slab yet and I was getting billed! I think I've had three so far. But like you said Lynne, you dont want one massive bill when you move in. Maybe you should ring them to check on it? Re: YEEAAH's house with HBC - HOME SWEET HOME 277Jan 26, 2010 12:16 am So we got the keys on Friday and then we moved all our stuff in that night. Took from 5pm to 1230 to get it all done. Glad we wont be moving again for a very long long time! All settled in now and going to spend tomorrow enjoying our house. We are holding off on painting for now as we havent decided what colors we want as yet and our walls are very neat and clean.. the plasterers did a great job and there are no chips anywhere either - very happy! Hopefully our fence will get put up this week and it will look more like a house some one actually lives in hehe. Keystart were fantastic! 5 business days from when we sent them our final paperwork and when they released a chq to us. We didnt even need to beg just asked for a chq and they said yes sure come in on Friday and pick it up at 3pm, i got there about 2ish cause i had finished work and they gave it to me early at like 230 with no worries at all! Very happy! It hasnt sunk in as yet that we now are in our own house!!
