The render looks like it has a hint of blue to it, but it doesnt look bad. I'd leave it and see how you feel after handover. PCI Hopefully 15th 242Jan 06, 2010 9:59 pm Well flooring is done and it looks awesome though we can only just see into the theatre and that's it as they have put up the blinds and closed them all so we can't see. We called our CLO and she couldn't give us any information on when PCI will be so i called our Site Supervisor and he was much helpful saying that we should be able to do PCI on the 15th which is just over a week away... AWESOME!! There are no pictures of the flooring as we can't really see in.. PCI Hopefully 15th 247Jan 06, 2010 11:57 pm ohhhhhhh very cool! Keep on top of your bank to make sure the money is finalised in time. and you can pick up a cheque instead of them doing a transfer which will take a couple of days good luck!!! the countdown begins Harrisdale backyard finally done! Re: YEEAAH's house with HBC - All Done.. PCI Hopefully 15th 248Jan 08, 2010 9:30 pm hey everyone! we went and checked out the house today and man are we so excited! they had the blinds open so we could see our bedroom and bathroom. All the handles have been put on, front door locks done. The only thing that we can gather is waiting is the laundry vinyl hasnt been put in yet and the site clean. Bring on next week! I spoke to keystart and they said all i need to do is fax in my insurance and thats it? I was like are you sure cause i work for a bank and we need lots of things for the final payment and he said no. Can someone shed light on this and was thats all you handed in? He said that they get this invoice from the builder like normal and then value and pay once they have my insurance... PCI Hopefully 15th 249Jan 09, 2010 12:20 am all we had to do was do a certificate of currency noting keystart with the start and finish date, paid, our names and keystart lending. faxed that to them dont wait for them to transfer as that will take a couple of days, ask for a cheque and you can take that to HBC yourself and get the keys that day Harrisdale backyard finally done! Re: YEEAAH's house with HBC - All Done.. PCI Hopefully 15th 250Jan 09, 2010 12:44 am Hello! I have the exciting duty of sending the documents thru to Keystart when they are about to make the final payment. They ask the builder for Council Approval, Indemnity Insurance and Contract Works Insurance. They organise an inspector. I guess they just ask for proof of insurance, don't think they would need much else if they ask us (the builder) for all the other things. We prob won't be headed back there until our actual inspection as nothing would of changed.. WE CAN'T WAIT!!! Today we also organised our House Insurance and as soon as we are moving in we are repainting the render as we HATE IT so much as HB told us the colour would turn out completely different than what it did, and will repaint the front door.
