Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 24, 2009 1:50 pm just a quick question, when does everyone think is roughly the latest you can start building for it to be all finished ready to move in for christmas? Re: cutoff to start building to be in before christmas?? 2Jul 24, 2009 1:55 pm It depends on your build time. We have 20 weeks (best) and are starting next week. I wouldn't be counting on it if you haven't strted by now though. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Terrence Malick Re: cutoff to start building to be in before christmas?? 7Jul 24, 2009 6:18 pm Just keep in mind some builders actually stop work from around 7th December until the second week in January or so. You also have to find a removalist that's working at that time of year as well!
