We're about to compose a "goodbye" email to our broker...just looking for some help with the wording if we may.
We want to say 'no thanks' without being offensive, but we're not sure if it's worth CC'ing in the principal/boss - as we had quite a few wrong turns due to the incompetence of the broker himself - do we bother pointing out that so that others don't get railroaded the wrong way ? Or just a straight out "no thanks, we're dealing with the bank and we don't need to talk to you any further" ?
I get the feeling he'll want to chase us up - and heck, who wouldn't if you're about to miss out on the trailing fees ?
