Just wondering how you're finding Adenbrooks payment of invoice within 7 calendar days policy. We're with ANZ and the take 8 - 10 working days to pay...that's their policy. We fax the progress payment request to ANZ the moment we recieve the invoice to ensure there are no delays from our end. We're kind of stuck in the middle and keep getting warnings from Adenbrook that they will impose penalties for late payment.....just for a couple of days. Talking about LATE....we're at week 7, moving into Lockup stage and we are yet to meet out supervisor!!! Looking forward to completing the customer satisfaction survey. There....had my spray. Re: Our Adenbrook Home : With Bricks! *updated 22 July* 42Jul 17, 2007 7:35 pm Hi Northlakes,
Adenbrook are generally ok with our payments, we basically have all the cash in the bank ready to go but can only pay in installments due to the pay anyone limit each day, but they have been fine...we just tell them when we are transferring the money and I let them know when it's all done...the lockup stage payment is taking 8 days worth of payments as it is! And we have not met our site supervisor either!! His name is Jason, I believe. Whats your guys? I think I would prefer to have more interaction with the builders, we have not seen anyone at the building site whatsoever..... oh well, it still looks great anyway! Do you have your piccies up anywhere?? Our Adenbrook home was completed in September. Re: Our Adenbrook Home : With Bricks! *updated 22 July* 43Jul 17, 2007 7:51 pm Week 7 Lockup ! wow.
We're at week 4 and only got ground foor frame done... flurry of progress in 1 day when they put it up, then .... nothing ever since. We do get 'weekly' progress reports, well , we've had 2 so far in the 4 weeks. ![]() Trying to stay calm and not think about the house until its finished because after the experience of quoting with adenbrook fully epxecting this to be a nightmare. They dont seem to have a project plan - just a hope / belief that they can rush around to get it all back on track ... Re: Our Adenbrook Home : With Bricks! *updated 22 July* 44Jul 17, 2007 8:07 pm Hi aaurora,
Pics on this blog. http://boo-and-hermans-house.blogspot.com/ Were actually quite happy with the work on-site so far.......it's just the lack of communication that's a pain. Spalen........shhhhhh, don't mention pain you have to go through before you get to site. Stress levels have only just returned to normal & the patches where hair was torn out is starting to grow back ![]() Re: Our Adenbrook Home : With Bricks! *updated 22 July* 45Jul 18, 2007 7:21 am Ours took about 9 weeks to get to lock up stage.
Northlakes, your house is not at a week 7 lock up stage from what I can see in your blog? Theres no bricks! Thanks for showing me that link, I love looking at other peoples houses moving along, it looks great so far!! Spalen, yours sounds a tad slow to be at week 4 and only have 1 frame up....Isn't it weird how it's the same builder but it seems to go at different paces....I am more than happy with Adenbrook and have had no problems whatsoever still! Touch wood ![]() Going for another look today, so will include more piccies if anything has changed.... Our Adenbrook home was completed in September.
