I notice you have an aerial - did you guys put that on ?
How long do they reckon till your finished?
We are having black roof, gutters and window frames with a sandy coloured brick...so just wondering what colour is your brick going to be?
ta
Not sure what the logic is there.
looks great!...is the roof actually black? or a dark gray/charcoal?

About the same! We are getting double height bricks, actually they have started a bit of the brickwork, I just have to get motivated to post piccies, maybe tomorrow
For some reason my builder does the bricks before the roof. Due to start the brick work hopefully within a week or two.

That doesn't sound right to me. I always thought the roof should be installed before the bricks.
What if you got bad weather like the last few weeks, won't it causes damages to the frames and other internal structure stuffs?
Cheers

According to the builder, it won't cause any issues as both the bricks and the roof will be done pretty quickly.
They are saying they don't want to put up the scafolding up twice, so they will do it once for the bricks and then use it to put the roof tiles up.

Hi aaurora,
Regarding the Alfresco in your 1st photo, are you getting slabs for the Alfresco or are you going to put in thinner slabs later as part of landscape like us?
Cheers
