After doing a search of the Forum I note some contracts state something along the lines of "the stage where a home's external wall cladding and roof covering is fixed, the flooring* is laid and external doors and external windows are fixed (even if those doors or windows are only temporary)". *Presumably 'flooring' means the slab and particle board floors on 2-storey homes. The word flooring is misleading, but it only makes sense if its the slab or floor frame - not the carpet, tile or timber floorboards.
