About to sign for land any day (went unconditional with the bank yesterday).
We are looking at the Hamilton 278 and have our tender letter. We included most things that we wanted knowing that we would have to drop some of them (but wanted cost so we could choose). It came about $30 more than we can afford
Decided not to go with the gallery kitchen as I like to have a walk in pantry and not have the ducted aircon. What we will go for is the alfresco area instead. I will see if I can scan our plan over the weekend to see what you think.
What we would like to know is how much did your slab cost you in the end? Coral do put a figure of $15, anyone had to stump up all of that?
