But I also think that goes for any estate (eg Brimbank gardens), it's all price relative. What we paid for our block in Tarneit would not have got us near as much in Point Cook or Brimbank Gardens (or Williams Landing for that Matter). So all these estates are much a muchness, they all appreciate in value roughly the same, it just comes down to you getting the best bang for your buck. A thankful person is a happy person.
