We got some quotes from 3-4 respective contractors (not sure if i can mention their names here), bus still in doubt which one is the best...so looking for some opinions and names of the contractors. 1) Could anybody recommend a builder based on your experience with them? 2) What is the current price range I should be looking to build a 300m2 double floor house on a narrow lot? Each house is around 300sqm costs around $300k for a turn key finish. The price also includes 2 pack kitchens with granite tops, ceiling fans, two split system a/c. Ine house is rendered and the other finished in Hardies Linea.
