Your house looks amazing. The colours work together so well, and I love the facade Thanks. It took us a while to get there, but we are really happy with how things turned out. Re: Lam and Genevieve's Build- One month after moving in 51Aug 20, 2013 10:57 pm Been over 3 years since we last posted here. :S Looks like we will have to be active again seeing that we have just bought a block in Mitchell's Run and have just engaged an architect to design our next place. More fun and games this time round specially with a 2 year old involved as well. If people are interested we can document our process again. Re: Lam and Genevieve's Build- One month after moving in 52Aug 21, 2013 5:24 am yes would love to see your new house designs etc Re: Lam and Genevieve's Build- One month after moving in 53Sep 09, 2013 12:38 pm Hi Lam, Cant believe your going again, lol. Will certainly be watching your next build. Good luck with it all. Site Start: 10th September, 2010 PCI : Friday 27th January, 2011. We met with our Architect onsite today and got our brainstorming session on. Modern Rustic is the style we are leaning towards with an emphasis on using as much recycled materials as possible. Passive heating and cooling is a key point in the design with lots and lots of natural light. We have learnt a lot with our current house so hopefully this means we will be heading into the next build with a lot more understanding of the whole process. Re: Lam and Genevieve's Build- One month after moving in 55Sep 24, 2013 10:08 am Im sure it will be great and you will be happy. Going the architect route is more time consuming but you get your custom build. I have a family member wanting to buy a big block in Doreen/ Mernda area and cant seem to get one deep enough, it's going to be a 50-60 square home and all the blocks aren't big enough. Can you tell me what estate you have brought in? Regards Lisa Site Start: 10th September, 2010 PCI : Friday 27th January, 2011. The chandelier in question is quite large, measuring 4 meters… 0 72337 Very common on rendered homes Smaller suppliers get the lower quality raw materials 6 11861 4 14297 |
