Or will the builder make sure that it doesn't try out too quickly? And do people get someone to inspect the slab before handing over the progress payment? It seems like the one thing you want to get done properly Trying this building gig one more time. Though it depends on the floor covering as to wether you want/need a sealed finish ie tiled, carpeted, polished etc. The very least a flood cure or hessian and plastic cover. We're getting tiles everywhere - anything specific to look out for other than a flood cure or hessian cover? Is a Pre-Lining inspection the same as a Pre-Plaster stage inspection? Ive seen a frame going up the very next day on a slab.... The concreter will take and reuse. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists. 1 5150 yep, clearly mark where the infloor heating pipes are before drilling or nailing 1 6056 Building Standards; Getting It Right! is this for a residential dwelling or a shed?
