Ours are Deposit 6% Slab down 12% Walls plate height 18% Roof cover 29% Lockup 25% Practical completion 10% Hopefully that adds up to 100%... Built with New Generation (Summit Homes) We own land!... with a slab on it! Plus a shell of a house with stuff inside !
