We have bought land, in Dec, north of Cairns, in FNQ. I just want to get some help, advice, support or the like regarding my build. Is it fairly normal for the builder to take several months to finalize the contract ? we paid our prelim fees and had all that stuff done over 6 weeks ago and they still hav'nt got back to us with our final contract with variations??
