This is our second house but first one that we are going to actually build. I cannot wait til we move in, its alittle bit difficult with a 11 month old and your partner all living at my parents place.. It wont let me upload my pics its telling me they are to big ?? Hi Aleisha, my Partner and I have bought land in a level 3 fire prone area and are considering building with Eden Brae, in particular the Saville. What sort of extra requirements were needed to meet council regulations? Did these cost you extra as you had to make alterations to the plans etc??
