Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 02, 2009 12:02 am Hi Guys/Gals, My wife and I have a shallow block of land and we are having trouble finding two storey house plans to suite. The block measures approx. 21m wide and 17m deep. The local council requires the house to be set back by at least 4m from the road and requires at least 1m from the back fence. Does anyone know of a good website/builder which has off-the-shelf designs for shallow blocks? OR does anyone have any suggestions from past experiences etc?
