Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 01, 2009 9:50 pm Hello, We are building in Perth, south of the river and need some suggestions or inputs on some of the queries below. We are going to have a pre-start meeting soon. In the original design we have 0.6m wardrobe with single door. I am thinking of shifting the wall by another 0.5 m (approx) and widening the wardrobe area, so it will eventually have a double door. Any ideas how much would this cost ?? I have read in the forum itself regarding - double rebate to entry door. Please would someone be able to explain this ? Any suggestions for hot water systems i.e. instantaneous or storage. Which of these is better and would be better for 220 sqm home. Cheers, ET Re: Building in WA, Perth - Queries regarding pre-start. 2Jul 01, 2009 10:04 pm I changed my wardrobes to doubles in all rooms except master bdrm. It cost me $290 for adding the extra wardrobe as they were singles originally...thats with a door and shelf and rail. Building with Homebuyers Centre El Questro!
