Will they show us what is Standard and what isnt so that they can then give us a rought estimate Having never built with a Large builder befor i am not sure how they work have only built with a small builder befor We Got an independant soil test and site contours done during the week which i have the results back from we are looking at the Queenstown 36 with PD or the La Trobe with DFH thank you Hi missinglink We are going to be building the Latrobe 320 with DFH, what I can tell you with this home is there wasn't many things we needed to add, as it is part of their Generations series it came with most of the wanted upgrades, The things that were not included with this package and are an extra cost were floor coverings, blinds, alfresco (we added this option for $4500 but it still doesn't come with a floor) Laundry cupboards ( it comes standard with a trough ) But that's about it. The Caesar Stone bench with the Latrobe has standard colours available included there's about 10 choices, we liked the Nova Aurora but it was an extra $1300 so we choose Ice snow which is similar. You also get a choice on Brick colours/companies, depending on what category you like it could end up costing you more. In saying that though there are lots of nice colours to choose from in the standard range. We ended up picking Blue Rain by Selkirk and it cost an extra $2000. Anyways hope this has helped some what. Good Luck and look forward in hearing what you ended up deciding on. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=19655 FINALLY slab down 5th SEPT Oct 16 Bricking/ plaster starting Dec 1 Painting started END OF CONTRACT IS UP SOON HURRY UP AND FINISH MY HOME..... countdown to 27th Feb.
