They are HIA members and Registered Building Practitioners, but are not listed as Master Builders. Is that a concern? They come highly recommended, but just want to make sure I'm not missing something. HIA, is that larger of the two organisations. If the builder belongs to one of these bodies then, it shows that they are professional.
