Nothing really exciting to report. We met our SS, got our construction keys, discussed a few things and then watched the digger demolish our block. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13773 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4350 It seems very clear to me that your contract states that a security account does NOT need to be established so the answer to the builder is NO. If in doubt find a contract… 1 8510 |
