Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 23, 2009 10:37 pm Hi Guys! .. We're nearing our color selection and one of the things we're confused about are roof tiles. We have to choose from Bristle roof tiles (traditional and designer .. please look them up on the web).. As you can see the profiles are roundish .. not flatish .. and unfortunately flat is not included in standard cost .. so how bad or good is a round profile tile and how about the flat one? .. should we pay extra to get it .. and approx how much would the upgrade be? .. hmmmm! .. Also, the color of the tiles .. does it matter if its dark or medium profile .. caz of absorption ratings etc .. most of the medium/light profile look yucky! .. what have you guys chosen with your external wall finish? Any help is appreciated --- I don't have a signature - just this sentence saying that I don't have one - that'll do! Re: Roof tiles .. Colour and Profile?
