I have seen some land in the NSW town of Murrumbateman and now I'm thinking about building. I saw these PAAL homes which look good value. Basically they are a giant Meccano set that is complete and an owner builder or contract builder can assemble. Any thoughts on the steel frame kit homes? and does anyone know the approx. cost that a builder would charge to build a 4 bedroom model.
