Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 19, 2009 3:40 pm Hi guys n girls,
We are building with Waverly homes in Botanic Ridge. Our drainage plumbing has been done ane hopefully the slab will be down within the next week. I want to say what a pleasure it has been so far in dealing with the people at Waverly Homes. Will post some pictures once the house is underway. I'll post as much of our colour selection as i can remember next week. We will be building in Stage 7, hoping to start in October. Was wondering if any one has an understanding of the mandatory requirement that says we need to have a broadband fibre optic conduit? I'm waiting on the land office to answer that question, but quick as a flash ...... We are building an Illoura 33 with PD, sign the contract at the end of July (I hope). Has not been fun yet, hope that things will be better when the construction starts! Re: Building a Waverly modern 25(modified) in Botanic Ridge 15Jul 16, 2009 6:48 am Welcome freddo I have friends building with PD in Stage 7 as well She can't wait for everything to start happening. My understanding is that Botanic Ridge is providing a broadband conduit for each dwelling. This is to minimise overhead cables later on when people decide to get broadband. I'm sure you don't need to do anything HTH, Building a Modified Lawson Modern 29 @ Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne South, Victoria Re: Building a Waverly modern 25(modified) in Botanic Ridge 17Jul 20, 2009 7:35 pm Checked over my frame on the weekend couldnt be more happier with the quality hope everything else is done as neat, will post some more pics soon, hoping the brickies will start this week Building a Waverly modern 25(modified) in Botanic Ridge Roof 18Aug 06, 2009 6:29 pm Yay finally been some more stuff happen, since my last post we have had gutter and fascia installed garage bricked up, roof tilers finishing today, and all the walls straightend and plumbing roughed in, will try to get some pics on weekend to post Re: Building a Waverly modern 25(modified) in Botanic Ridge 19Aug 06, 2009 7:39 pm looks like its all going nice and quick Building a Waverly modern 25 Botanic Ridge, LOCKED UP 20Sep 07, 2009 4:19 pm Hi all, i've been really lazy, since my lastupdate brickies have finished , roof all pointed, brick wash been done, all the plaster hung and stopped, just waiting for them to do the cornice, and the render is under way Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hello everyone, I have a question regarding moving a chandelier after it has been mounted.
