Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 101Dec 02, 2009 1:59 am Thanks Candy I was umming and arring between a couple of different bricks, but ended up going with the same brick as the display home had. It should look good once the roof and facia's are on so theres some different colours! Can't lay my hands on the latest copy of my addenda but from memory i think the roof is surf mist, with dune facias/gutters and garage door. When finished it should look like this.. http://www.blueprinthomes.com.au/site/f ... 20FPv1.pdf Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 102Dec 03, 2009 10:32 pm Hi Everyone, My name is Kristyn. My husband and I just bought a block of land in 'The Glades'. Well kind of - the titles are due June 2010. After I found out about the village centre and parklands I was sold on the estate. I am sooooooooooooo excited. We have been driving around the streets regularly because you can't actually get to our piece of dirt yet LOL. We are first time builders and are quite nervous. I hope you guys don't mind if I bombard you all with lots of questions. Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 103Dec 03, 2009 10:41 pm Welcome Kristyn!!! and congrats on your new bit of dirt! I'm hoping it's going to be a great estate, the amenties etc that they have planned for the general area sound really great, so as long as they come through with the goods i think we're all goin to love living there Feel free to ask away, theres a few of us already building in the Glades, and Jason (Pigdaddy) will soon be moving into his place! Which stage did you buy in? Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 104Dec 03, 2009 10:53 pm elemist Welcome Kristyn!!! and congrats on your new bit of dirt! Which stage did you buy in? Hi! I bought in Stage 2A. My husband and I were looking at Display Homes on Saturday and thought we would drop in at the Land Sales Office. It was the first 'unofficial' release of 2A and already most of the blocks were sold. We bought Lot 705. Our neighbour Lot 704 camped out the night to get the block! What street are you going to be on? Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 105Dec 03, 2009 11:04 pm Oh wow i didn't realise they had even released stage 2 yet! Thought stage 1 was still selling. *edit* just looked on the website, and checked out the new release. Looks great, the block sizes are a bit bigger which is always good. I'm in Hoffman way, building the Blueprint house. Nearly at plate height nw. Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 106Dec 03, 2009 11:23 pm Oh I will have to drive past and check it out when I am there next. I have a very good feeling about this estate. I will try and read all the previous posts in the next couple of weeks - so I'm not doubling up on questions. I am going out tomorrow to drive around and take photos of my new dirt patch. Will probably go and harass Guy for some more information as well. Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 112Dec 05, 2009 7:39 pm looking and sounding great elemist! I'll have to drive around the Glades sometime as I've heard so much about it! What's the best way to get there from the freeway? My tac-home-ter: Been in 8 months! Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 113Dec 06, 2009 2:29 am Hey Annie! Cheers, i spoke with my CSO on Friday. The brickwork should all be finished by Tuesday this week, and the carpenter is booked to start on Friday! Hopefully the roof will be on by Christmas!!! From the freeway get off at the Thomas Road exit and turn left onto Thomas road. Then follow that all the way down till you go past the Tonkin Highway (will be on the left), and take your first right. Follow that down and turn left in to Abernethy Road (it's after the second little bridge thing). Its off Abernethy on the right hand side, you can't miss it! Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 114Dec 06, 2009 8:21 pm I'm just off the thomas road exit to the right when travelling south. From the freeway it's about a minute's drive to my house So we're not all that far away from each other really! My tac-home-ter: Been in 8 months! Hey did you have to contact people for your fence, tanks and landscaping or did they sent out information to you?? Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 118Feb 18, 2010 7:03 pm Yeah i was really lucky! I've been out a few times trying to catch a tradie onsite, but missed them every time! My SS was at another house down the street, but he nicely offered to take me up and show me round! Kat, i haven't heard anything at all. I'll prob drop into the land sales office next time im out there to find out what the deal is. I spoke with Telstra this afternoon (after a nice 35 minute wait on hold!!), they basically said give them two weeks notice, and make sure the internal wiring is complete, and the boundry run in is complete as well. Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 119Feb 19, 2010 12:47 am Hi Everyone, It sounds like it is all coming together so quickly for you all. I still have to wait until June for Titles and it is driving me insane! Thought I'd let all the "Glades" people know that I've made a facebook page "The Glades at Byford" - so if you're on facebook join up so I can have something to do until June Re: Elemist's build @ The Glades, Byford - Photos Galore 30/11 120Feb 23, 2010 11:56 am Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ My land is 260m2 (10m x 26m) located in claymore NSW.
