Re: First Home Buyer - Wyndham Vale VIC ! 1070Sep 24, 2010 10:18 pm Well...it was an anti-climax to say the least. As far as the lawyer was concerned, mainly with what was written in the contract...nothing much they can assist with. But i dont know whether to construe that as yes, there really is nothing they can do...or....its not worth their time or effort. so far, the lawyer and my conceyancer have seemingly not looked all that interested in my cause. which leaves me in the situation of going at this thing solo. My next attempt will be a written letter to $cumland stating all the facts/photos etc. Then I think I could maybe go back to CAV or maybe even the small claims tribunal. Rest assured, I'm not done with this yet. Would anyone happen to have a name or contact within $cumland to which I can address a letter to? Cheers Re: First Home Buyer - Wyndham Vale VIC ! 1071Sep 25, 2010 10:42 am Hi ssvetec, In April of this year I wrote to: The Chairperson & Board of Directors Sunland Group PO Box 1301 SURFERS PARADISE Queensland 4217 These details can be readily obtained from their website. Still waiting on a written response, although after sending the letter we did receive almost daily telephone update calls. Not sure whether it was the letter or just coincidence though. Good luck. Re: First Home Buyer - Wyndham Vale VIC ! 1072Sep 28, 2010 6:56 pm Just took a drive down there to check things out... there are about 4 houses near where Charlene's is with their windows all smashed in... bloody school holidays.... bloody kids GGGRRRRR As we were walking out of our place there were kids walking and riding around out there... I hope they weren't up to more mischief... This makes me soooo angry - also saw MASSIVE tyre burnout mark right in front of our place and where Haines joins Black Forest... Apparently Tamara isn't working at Oliver Hume/ Bluestone sales anymore? There is a new name to contact for sales inquiries.. and I can't tell if it a girl or boy Not much in this responce. My suggestion is, what are you looking to build and why. This will all be impacted by the local councils planning scheme. Familiarise yourself… 6 6085 And we're finally moving forward!
