I'd recommend: *Open and close ALL your windows. We had a few sticky ones. *Same with your shower doors, one of ours had a shocking rattle that they needed to come back and fix. It's doing it again, so that's been noted for our 3 month inspection. *Check power points and lights. We have a 'sticky' power point switch that's a bit annoying, but didn't discover it until we tried to use it. *Check all your locks to make sure they do actually lock easily. *Open and close all internal and external doors to make sure they catch and open easily. Just a few that come to mind, I'm sure there's plenty of other things though. Re: Practical Completion Inspection!!!!!! 4Jun 16, 2009 9:01 pm Thanks for your prompt responses.
