Monsters it's looking fantastic and can I just say That fort is the coolest thing I've ever seen My kids would love one of those, do spill where can I get one I bet it cost a small fortune but I would think it would be sooo worth it we're moving to a street with about 14 kids under 9 so I'm thinking it would get so much use. Can I ask what you did for soil prep prior to laying turf? LATROBE 320 WITH DENNIS FAMILY HOMES Re: Monster's Build - 4 Weeks After Handover 23/01/10 PICS 208Jan 23, 2010 5:26 pm We had our earthwork guy scrap and clean up the site we also raked up the smaller rocks and concrete then had 10m of topsoil delivered and spread was about 4 inchs i guess half of which i think washed away in a big storm 2 nights before turf DOH!! then the turf guys put down some fertiliser and layed the turf. i only needed 160 m of turf. Congrats on being in your new home Re: Monster's Build - 4 Weeks After Handover 23/01/10 PICS 212Feb 20, 2010 6:52 am The Glass on the kitchen isnt glass its a plastic and i dont know how much it was i added about 2500 to the kitchen over the allowance but the shelf was part of the kitchen plan we just choose to half the hight and have the steel legs instead of a solid front.
