currently around 189k for 520-530sq around hweast, with roughly a 1m fall...so add in another 10-12k in site costs, only concern with that is that the powerlines are visible from these lots - even though they are around a km away...not sure what impact it will have on the capital value in future. Anyone got any thoughts on that?
