I'll bet it's harder to sleep now since you'll be dreaming every night of the hand over date. Thanks Jordan! So far happy with our choices. I think the only two things left that we are not 100% sure about is the splashback (the famous Phantom) and the carpets but we shall see... Have started to dream about when handover might be and all the things we haven't done/organised!! Like TV antenna, blinds (have already purchased redi shades so that stress has been put on hold for a bit), and the most important thing of all: PACKING! haven't started and not sure when I will as I HATE it and we don't have space here for the boxes... Re: Building a Wisdom Prosperity 23- Glass splashback 15/09/09 571Sep 16, 2009 5:11 am I must say, Jochicho, that my adopted house is looking magnificant . Great colour choices. Will look gorgeous with the timber flooring. I must admit fee, a little touch of doubt flashed through my mind when I saw J's new kitchen, but I am obsessed with white (as you will come to know). I think you will be soo happy when you get to see your house and you'll love the colours you picked. So you picked phantom aswell? I have read that most people choose it. I have had some doubt with ours but noone seems to have picked it for us to see pics . 1sttimer, I am most excited to see your black tiles in the bathroom. I love them soo much (as well as the white version ). You had better post heaps of pics or I'm coming over and stalking your block too . I never thought that a driveway, yes, a patch of concrete with a stencil on top could make such a difference, but it does! it really finishes up the house, doesn't look like a construction site any longer! We were going to go with plain concrete and just the brick border but we ended up changing our mind and did the pattern stencil as we thought that if/when the driveway started to fade and/or get stains it would be much more noticeable in the plain concrete... So glad we changed it as we love it! we always thought that a full patterned driveway would look too busy but I don't think so now! Pics on the blog!
