The driveway looks really nice - we've driven past a few times but haven't seen it completely finished yet. I love the fish tank too. I haven't won Megan over on the idea of a large fishtank yet, but I'll keep trying. Perhaps I should point out your pictures. Stefan Building the M3tr!con Liberty 42 at Stonecutters Ridge. House looks awesome! Re: not another Wisdom Impression 38MkII -- ALL IN!! :p 584Feb 08, 2010 10:03 pm It looks really nice Cielly. I am sure both you and Nav are very happy there now! I noticed on the SC website now says that the golf course will not open for another year. That should give Nav plenty of time to practice with our mutual friend Danny K in the meantime lol Also found it interesting that the Cosmo home as you drive in on the left side is selling for 750k (and says views over the golf course - views that will be blocked one day when the houses across the road get built!!). I know which house offers the better value for money - yours !! Re: not another Wisdom Impression 38MkII -- ALL IN!! :p 585Feb 09, 2010 7:50 am Great photo's cielly. Your house looks great. Your house looks great. Did Wisdom do the glass tank for you or someone else? thanks jordann! we got the tank done by a 3rd party! we will plug his info when i do a post on our aquarium setup! are you guys getting your tank done by Wisdom? I might need to pinch their contact once my house is done. Cant wait for the update. We are looking to build the 38MkII also but unsure how much extra we should budget for polished porcelain to the mains. We have 8K put aside extra so far for flooring.... just wondering how close we are to our goal. Thank you Re: not another Wisdom Impression 38MkII -- ALL IN!! :p 594Feb 10, 2010 8:52 am Welcome Puffy! If I had my time again - I'd get Wisdom to exclude the floors and organise after handover. As a guide - we spent $8k on upgrading the main floor tile and then another $2.5k to get the 1.5mm grout join. After 4 years - we're in! I thought that was included in the laying charge. Was that 2.5K on top of the extra laying charge? Sounds like upgrading with DL is painful. I will definitely consider a third party for flooring after hand over. Thanks for the advice stonecutter Re: not another Wisdom Impression 38MkII -- ALL IN!! :p 599Feb 10, 2010 11:22 am Puffy Did not realize they charged extra for the thin grout lines. DL charges extra for everything and at an unreasonable price.. We are also doing tiling for all the main area after handover.
