I just stumbled on to this website a few weeks ago and found your thread tonight. You've made amazing progress in the last few months - it looks fabulous. You must be getting so excited - I was getting excited for you by just reading about it all coming together! Sorry to hijack - we have just recently bought land at Kahibah (slightly larger blocks out there, if you can find one) and we are currently on the look out for a designer/architect and a builder, preferably recommended by someone who has had recent experience with them. If you don't mind, can you send me the details for either/both of your architect and builder? Thanks for the kind words, seems like forever since I started building but with the current builder from breaking ground to completion would have been only 4-5mths (DA already finalised by Capital before they went under). I just moved into the house on the weekend, for now I'm just living out of the rear open plan area while I lay floorboards in the front section of the house. Pete_n_Pet.
