Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 06, 2009 10:38 pm Hi guys, I have questions about the boundary pegs. I went to see my block of land for the first time today as the developer just opened the road this week. The front boundary pegs are there with the lot number printed on them. But, I can't see the back boundary pegs, not only for my lot but for the all lots in the same row. Settlement will happen next week. The sales guy is helpful. He emailed the head office straightaway and will let me know asap, probably next week as this week is a long weekend. Does anyone ever have the same situation? I think the developer should provide all pegs before settlement. Any advise?
