Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 04, 2009 12:43 am We have a piece of land in Mt Claremont with an R25 zoning that we are going to subdivide. Never having done any kind of building before, and being recent immigrants, could anyone help us understand restrictions on R25, and recommend good architects and builders so that we know where to start. Any advice much appreciated! Re: New Home in WA 2Jun 04, 2009 12:11 pm Hi, I would contact your local shire to get all the information you need for the R25 zoning. Also, a lot of building companies have their own designers and will do a design for you. Good luck. That's a great area you have bought in to.
