Appreciate any advice, thanks a lot. This is new to us in my experience they either say yes we can do it and it will cost you this much $$$ to change that or no we don't do it. No one has mentioned to me about cost to 'redesign' (unless I've misunderstood you), maybe they suddenly realise that redesign a few things for some extra money is better than losing customer. We weren't 100% happy with the plans and didn't want to spend $10,000+ on what we believed to be very basic changes, so we walked.... We now have a custom plan at virtually no extra cost and we LOVE it!
