Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 30, 2009 6:44 pm Hi All, The covenant document on our land says we have to seek approval from the developer on the house plans and also for our fencing plans (which can only be post and wire anyway) before erecting. This might be a silly question, but how do I go about doing this? Does anyone have some suggested wording for a letter? Id rather not use our solicitor after settlement if I can avoid, as they have been somewhat hopeless... Many Thanks! Our builder (Henley) has just sent our plans off for developers approval. So maybe start with your builder, unless you're owner builders? However we still have to get our fencing done virtually straight away, so will need to get approval done ourselves anyway.
