It is a unique design, but we're Impressionists at heart Definitely worth the drive for some ideas, if nothing else! Building a Wisdom Homes Impression 33 MkII http://lilypadintheponds.blogspot.com/ We have the keys! Tiling in progress... Re: 'W" Trinity 3May 22, 2009 12:53 pm I've seen the display - for the price - I don't understand why you wouldn't get a bigger 2 storey for only a little more $. Mind you - if you have adult kids living at home - you can certainly stay away from them! After 4 years - we're in! Re: 'W" Trinity 4May 22, 2009 1:34 pm When we went to take a look at it, it made sence. Might be living with the missus's family as well and it would make it easier to live with them. They have the house while we can escape to the out level if we need do. Only problem is... what happens if they leave (or we give them the boot). That a whole lotta downstairs that we wouldn't be using and a lot of cleaning. Impression is still a very nice house and well up there in the rankings. But if we decide to live with her family it makes it trickier. The top level lounge is rather small as well. Going to try and swap bedroom 4 and the toilet with the lounge. That way I get to have a decent size lounge and master room at the front of the house. Is it possible to get the site surveyed and soil test done before choosing which house to get a tender for? The other alternative might be the Manhattan - all the bedrooms have ensuites which would be handy for the in laws. After 4 years - we're in! |
