Things we're thinking... a little more space in the garage and kitchen- but not sure I want to forgo the guest suite to achieve it. Top floor I think is too big for 2 people (i've no idea what I would do with the 'study' room), not sure if it is cheaper to leave it there than pay for extra roof/flashing etc etc or cheaper to remove the room. Living area and kitchentte are massive for 2ppl also- but cheaper to stay in line with floor below (and look better from the outside). So considering removing the study depending on cost- but if it's cheaper, what else could we do with it that wouldn't make it a wasted space?
